NEO Monitors' TDLS expertise recognised with ISA award

NEO Monitors leading expertise in tuneable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLS) has been recognised by the International Society of Automation’s Analytical Division (ISA-AD), following the presentation of a technical paper to the 52nd Analysis Division Symposium in 2008.

NEO Monitors was awarded First Place for Best Technical Paper in the 2008 Gilmer/Thomason/Fowler award for “Gas Analysers based on Tuneable Diode Laser Spectroscopy for in-situ and on-line H2S Analysis”, presented to the symposium in Calgary by Dr Christian Heinlein, Product Manager.
The paper was also invited by ISA-AD to be presented again at the ISA EXPO conference in Houston in October.

The paper reviews the suitability of TDLS for fast, non-contact measurement of H2S in both ppm and % levels.
