    LaserGas II SP awarded MCERTS

    Our LaserGas II SP has recently been awarded the British MCERTS approval for the gases NH3 and H2O. The certified ranges are 0 - 10 mg/m3 and 0 - 15 mg/m3 for NH3 and 0 - 30 %vol, 0 - 40 %vol, and 0 - 50 %vol for H2O. We are proud to have been awarded the maximum maintenance interval of 6 months.     Renewal of Russian GOST approval

    Our Russian GOST approval has recently been renewed and extended. The updated approval covers the LaserDust (all versions i.e. MP, LP, XLP) and LaserGas II (all versions i.e. SP, SP Compact, MP, OP). The approval is valid for general purpose and for the LaserGas II products also for hazardous area (zone 1 and 2).

    Norsk Elektro Optikk and Servomex announce technology partnership

    Norsk Elektro Optikk (NEO) - a world-leader in TDLAS and the owner of NEO Monitors - has entered a license agreement with Servomex, UK. NEO will license its laser technology to Servomex, so that Servomex may incorporate NEO's technology into future product lines offering a complementary technique to traditional UV or IR measurements.

    "This new partnership is an extension of the cooperation the two companies have had for several years and we believe, through Servomex's global sale network, that we can reach new customers and find new applications for our technology," says Peter Kaspersen, Managing Director, Norsk Elektro Optikk.

    New compact TDL O2 analyser for hazardous areas

    NEO Monitors, the Norwegian manufacturer of cutting edge laser-based gas analysers, launches with the LaserGas III Single Path (SP) for O2 its 3rd generation of LaserGas analysers. This new oxygen analyser is specifically designed for operation in hazardous areas.     Neo Monitors at ACHEMA 2009

    Together with our German distributor Bernt GmbH, NEO Monitors will be exhibiting at the ACHEMA 2009, which is held in Frankfurt, Germany 11-15 May. Please stop by to meet us in hall 10.2 at booth B19-C19.

    AT ACHEMA 2009 we will launch our 3rd generation of gas analysers LaserGas III for oxygen measurement in hazardous areas. This new compact instrument is build into flameproof enclosures (Ex de rated) and may be used in Div 1 / zone 1 applications without any purge. Moreover, the LaserGas III is designed for use in SIL 2 systems and enables response times of 100 ms.

    NEO Monitors at TMS 2009

    We will be exhibiting our products at the TMS 2009 annual meeting, which is held in San Francisco, California, USA in the period 15 - 19 February 2009.
